Invitation Artwork

Posted on

This is a quick little craft that I did to incorporate our invitation into the birthday decorations. It’s incredibly simple. You’ll need two copies of your invite, foam, cardboard, and glue.

First, cut your foam and cardboard to the same size as your invite. I used an old cereal box for the cardboard, and leftover foam from out party hats project.

Then, glue the pieces in this order: Invite front, cardboard, foam, cardboard, invite back. I used tacky glue, but a glue stick or Elmer’s glue would also work.

That’s it! It’s thicker than a regular invitation, which I like. I’m setting ours on a little wooden photo stand.
